{"id":83,"date":"2021-09-01T22:30:52","date_gmt":"2021-09-01T17:00:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/satyanewsalert.in\/?p=83"},"modified":"2021-09-01T22:33:18","modified_gmt":"2021-09-01T17:03:18","slug":"non-subsidised-lpg-cylinder-gets-costlier-by-rs-25","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/satyanewsalert.in\/?p=83","title":{"rendered":"Non-Subsidised LPG Cylinder Gets Costlier By Rs 25"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/odishatv.in\/author\/ians-16344\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prices of the non-subsidised liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders have been raised by Rs 25 by India\u2019s key oil marketing companies (OMCs) today, news agency&nbsp;<em>ANI<\/em>&nbsp;reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The price of a non-subsidized 14.2 kg LPG cylinder will now cost Rs 884.50 in Delhi, the report said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to today\u2019s hike, the price of non-subsidised LPG gas cylinder was hiked by Rs 25 on August 18, 2021, and before that, it was hiked by Rs 25.50 per cylinder on July 1, 2021, data available on the Indian Oil Corporation\u2019s website showed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Price in Kolkata is the highest among the four metro cities at Rs 911 per cylinder, while that in Chennai and Mumbai stood at Rs 900.5 and Rs 884.50 per cylinder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"413\" height=\"290\" src=\"http:\/\/satyanewsalert.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-09-01-at-21.06.32.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-84\" srcset=\"https:\/\/satyanewsalert.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-09-01-at-21.06.32.jpeg 413w, https:\/\/satyanewsalert.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-09-01-at-21.06.32-300x211.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 413px) 100vw, 413px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In India, the OMCs sell 14.2 kg cylinders to domestic households at the prices prevalent in the open market, but the government provides subsidies for 12 such cylinders to every household each year with the help of a direct benefit transfer to their bank accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from this, the price of 19 kg commercial cylinder has also been increased by Rs 75 and it will now cost Rs 1,693 per cylinder, the&nbsp;<em>ANI<\/em>&nbsp;report said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prices of the non-subsidised liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders have been raised by Rs 25 by India\u2019s key oil marketing companies (OMCs) today, news agency&nbsp;ANI&nbsp;reported.
